Infant/Toddler/Child Fees/Child Care Contract

RATES PER CHILD (Infants: 6 weeks to 4 years old)

Weekly Rate: $185.00 Per Week, Full time 35-50 hours per week.

Daily Rate: $ 47.00 Per Day. (Limited Part time less than 30 hours, 2 or 3-day week)

Hourly Rate: $ 6.00 Per Hour with a minimum of $24.00 Per Day (Drop In Care, am or pm session of 4 hour blocks of time. Fist session must end by 11:30 am)

Overtime Hours: Before 7 and after 5 are considered over scheduled hours. This is the time children are not normally present at day care. All fees during this time are charged at a rate of $10.00 first 10 minutes, and $2.00 each min thereafter or any part of an hour, in addition to any regular hourly, daily fees or weekly fees. No discounts or exceptions are given during this time

Fees Are Subject To Change with a 30-day notice

Additional Fee of $12.00 per hour is required for early start and late pick-ups. (This rate can be split if it is half hour each way) This rate is only available to those who contract this rate in their contract. If a parent is late picking their child up, or too early dropping off and have not signed a contract rate for this service, the above fees will be added to the tuition.

ATTENTION: If you are a current client and would like to pay your monthly tuition fees online using PayPal, you may click the link below to pay your fees. Please note that paying with Cash/Check at the facility instead of using PayPal generates a standard cash discount payment. Using PayPal generates a non discounted fee.

Use PayPal when you are out of town, your child is out of daycare during an illness, or you wish to avoid paying a late fee due to a forgotten payment drop off at the facility. Payments must be received before 9 pm on the day it is due according to your contract. Please remember that all Tuition Fees are Due on the 1st of the Month for those who pay monthly. For those who pay weekly, payments are due on Monday of Each Week.

Drop in care, part time care must be paid at the facility.
